2. Services

InterviewPrep AI provides the following career preparation services through our platform:

  • AI Mock Interviews: Simulated interview sessions powered by artificial intelligence, covering technical, behavioral, and system design topics.
  • Resume Analysis: Automated review and scoring of resumes against job descriptions using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility algorithms.
  • Resume Optimization: AI-driven suggestions to improve your resume content, formatting, and keyword alignment for specific roles.
  • Coding Practice: Interactive coding challenges and exercises to prepare for technical interviews across multiple programming languages.
  • Career Preparation Tools: Curated interview question banks, technology roadmaps, role-specific preparation guides, and study plans.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to the following:

  • You will not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.
  • You will not engage in automated, excessive, or abusive use of our APIs or services, including scripted requests, scraping, or denial-of-service activities.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our backend systems and infrastructure.
  • You will not copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content, questions, or materials provided through the Platform without our express written permission.
  • You will not upload malicious files, viruses, or content that could harm the Platform or other users.
  • You will provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your profile information up to date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to interview questions, AI-generated feedback, educational materials, roadmaps, guides, logos, designs, and software code, is the intellectual property of InterviewPrep AI or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the Platform, such as your resume or interview responses. By submitting content, you grant InterviewPrep AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5. Subscription Terms

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on the plan you select.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and valid.

6. Limitation of Liability

InterviewPrep AI is an educational and preparation tool. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Success in any job interview or hiring process.
  • Receipt of a job offer or employment.
  • Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated feedback or recommendations.
  • Specific ATS scores or compatibility with any particular employer's systems.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterviewPrep AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Platform in a manner that could harm other users or our infrastructure. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Platform and its features will be revoked.
  • Any unused portion of a prepaid subscription may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation of these Terms.
  • You may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
